What currency are your prices in?
All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). Shipping and applicable taxes are additional unless otherwise expressly stated and require confirmation before payment.
How do I find my size?
Products offer XS, S, M, L and XL. Each product page describes the pictured silhouette and lists size options. For exact garment measurements or material details, contact our team before ordering.
What happens when I submit checkout?
Checkout submits an unpaid order request. No payment is collected and stock is not reserved. Keep the reference shown on your receipt. Product availability, shipping, taxes, return terms and your final total need confirmation before a paid purchase proceeds.
Where do you ship and how much does it cost?
Shipping availability and charges require confirmation for your destination. Your shipping option, costs and delivery estimate are provided for approval before payment. Read our Shipping Policy for details.
Can I return or exchange a purchase?
Return eligibility, the return window, exchanges and refund timelines require confirmed purchase terms. Read our Returns & Refund Policy, and do not send items back without return instructions.
Do I need an account to shop?
No. You can browse and submit an order request as a guest. A customer account lets you view requests submitted while signed in. Guest requests remain accessible in the browser that submitted them while its session is available.
Can I change an order request?
Send a message through our contact form with your reference and the change you would like to discuss. Changes need confirmation. An unpaid request does not place an accepted purchase.
