Account passwords are handled by Netlify Identity; they are not stored in the store’s order records.

How information is used

Information is used to operate your account and shopping bag, respond to enquiries, review order requests, confirm purchase arrangements and maintain relevant business records. Newsletter information is collected only when you expressly choose to subscribe. Creating an account or submitting an order request does not subscribe you to marketing emails.

Shopping bag & essential cookies

An essential first-party session cookie connects your browser to your shopping bag and order-request receipt. It has a 30-day maximum lifetime. Authentication uses additional essential cookies managed by Netlify Identity. These features need cookies to work.

No advertising pixels or third-party analytics have been added to this storefront. Fonts are hosted with the site rather than loaded from a third-party font service.

Service providers & payments

Netlify provides website hosting, database storage, account authentication and form processing. Information submitted through these services may be processed outside your home jurisdiction. We do not request or store payment-card details in the current order-request checkout.

If you agree to proceed with a paid purchase after request review, the payment service and relevant privacy information are provided before you authorize payment.

Marketing choices

Newsletter signup requires separate consent. You can request that your subscription be removed through the contact form. Marketing messages, when sent, must include an unsubscribe mechanism. The signup form records an email address and your consent; it does not promise a particular mailing frequency.

Retention, security & requests

Account, order-request and enquiry records are retained to operate the relevant services and meet applicable recordkeeping needs. Access to private order-request receipts is limited to the submitting browser session, and account request history is linked to an authenticated account.

To request access, correction or deletion of information, or to raise a privacy concern, use our contact form or write to the operating entity at the business address below. Requests require identity verification where appropriate and are reviewed against applicable requirements. No online system can guarantee absolute security.
